Omni

Terms of Service

Effective 2 September 2026. These terms are between you and Greywhale Software LLC ("we", "us"), the publisher of Omni. Omni is not yet available to the public; these terms describe the service as it will operate at release.

Omni is a wellness tracker, not a medical device. It reads data your wearable already records and shows you patterns in it. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and nothing it displays is medical advice. If something concerns you about your health, talk to a clinician.

1. Agreeing to these terms

By creating an Omni account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Omni.

2. Who may use Omni

You must be at least 16 years old. You may use Omni only for yourself, on devices you control, and only where the law permits it.

3. Your licence to use Omni

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Omni on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in line with the App Store Terms of Service and these terms. We keep all rights we do not expressly grant.

You may not copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the app; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it, except to the extent the law expressly permits despite this restriction; remove or obscure any proprietary notice; rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or redistribute it; or use it to build a competing product. Omni, its name, and its design are owned by Greywhale Software LLC. The data you enter and the readings from your devices remain yours.

4. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account and for the accuracy of what you enter. Sign in with Apple and email accounts are both supported. Keep your password and your device passcode private; we cannot recover data locked behind them, and we cannot read your encrypted backup.

You may delete your account at any time from inside the app. Deletion is permanent, and is described in detail in the Privacy Policy.

5. What Omni does with your data

Your health data is stored and analysed on your device. Our servers hold your account, your consent records, your subscription status, and an encrypted copy of what you typed in yourself, which we cannot read. We do not sell health data and do not share it for advertising. The Privacy Policy and the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy govern this, and they are part of these terms.

6. Subscriptions

Omni offers a free tier and a paid subscription. Paid subscriptions are sold through Apple's App Store, and Apple, not us, processes your payment.

Ending a subscription never deletes your data or blocks you from exporting or deleting it.

7. Connected services

Omni reads data from services you connect, such as Apple Health or Google Health. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or decisions. You can disconnect any of them at any time.

8. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to breach or abuse the service, access other people's data, resell or redistribute Omni, use it to build a competing product, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Do not upload data belonging to someone else without their permission.

9. Availability

We aim to keep Omni running but do not promise uninterrupted service. Because the analysis runs on your device, the app keeps working on your own data when our servers are unavailable. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of a material change where we can.

10. Accuracy

Omni's scores are estimates derived from consumer wearable data, and every one of them states what it is built from. Wearables are imprecise, and so is anything computed from them. Do not rely on Omni for decisions that need clinical accuracy.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent the law allows, Omni is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they do not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Greywhale Software LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of Omni. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty United States dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Ending your access

You may stop using Omni and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, or if we discontinue the service. If we discontinue it, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data first.

14. Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Omni or its content, and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you. If Omni fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding Omni.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California. This does not deprive you of protections you are entitled to under the mandatory law of the place you live.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will update the effective date and ask you to agree again inside the app before it applies to you.
